- The membership of the FIMA is open to all Indian Muslim Associations working in Kuwait for the development of the community.
- The association seeking membership should apply to FIMA with necessary information in a stipulated format.
- The Coordination Council (CC) shall have the exclusive right to accept or reject any application for the membership by 2/3rd majority decision of the registered member associations without assigning any reason.
